The problem

Romania has the EU's highest pet density, yet emergency vet care is scattered across dozens of phone numbers with no “who's on call now, near me” layer.

Our approach

• Full Flutter app (iOS + Android) with a hold-to-SOS flow and broadcast-first, first-accept-wins dispatch.
• Laravel backend — social login, masked calling, FCM, e-Factura, freemium Stripe paywall.
• Built and verified a ~1,600-clinic directory (real opening hours) with autonomous AI agents on our own GPU.
• Lost & Found module + clinic console; live on both stores (Romania pilot).
