The problem
A café wanted repeat-visit retention without paper cards or a heavy SaaS — and wanted to own the data.
Our approach
- Flutter app with a signed-QR stamp flow (no spoofing) and a reward store.
- Self-hosted Laravel backend with return-rate analytics and push-campaign tooling.
- Loyalty mechanics + a roadmap toward a physical marketplace.
