This page explains what data ICE Felix collects when you use icefelix.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest — we only collect what we need to talk to you.
Who we are
ICE Felix is a brand of Whiz Media Center SRL, based in Bucharest, Romania. For any privacy question or request, contact alex.bordei@icefelix.com.
The contact form
When you send a brief through the form, we collect the name, email and message you type. We use them only to reply to your enquiry. The submission is delivered as email via Resend (our email provider, EU region) to our own inbox, and you receive an automatic confirmation copy.
Legal basis: your consent / taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)/(b)). We do not sell or share your data, and we don't use it for marketing lists.
Cookies & analytics
The site does not load any tracking until you agree. On your first visit a banner asks whether to enable analytics:
- If you decline, no analytics or third-party scripts load at all.
- If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-V7YY2W2RR4) to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — which pages are visited, roughly from where. We don't use it to identify you personally.

You can change your mind any time: clear your browser storage for this site (which removes the saved choice and the GA cookies), and the banner will ask again.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in the EU. Standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) may be processed transiently to operate and secure the site.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to follow up on your request and for our legitimate business records, then deleted. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' retention settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data you sent us, or object to its processing. Email alex.bordei@icefelix.com and we'll handle it. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and its "last updated" date.
